ゴミを拾うことで得る気づき 12月14日実施
夏から 毎週水曜日の朝 続けているゴミ拾いですが
これまで ありがたいことに晴天に恵まれて来ました。
14日の天気も 晴れ。清清しいです。
冬の冷たい空気というのは どことなく 気持ちを
シャキッとさせてくれますね。
キビキビ動いて ゴミ拾いをさせて頂きました。
継続は力なりと言います。
継続することで 道が綺麗になることももちろんですが
私自身が 日頃 道に落ちているゴミや 部屋の乱れに気づき
拾う 整える といったことが
自然と 行動に移せるようになりました。
あら♪ 気づかぬうちに 心も綺麗になった？（照）
これからも 感謝の気持ちで 水曜日の朝の
ゴミ拾いを続けさせて頂きます。
